Greenfield Vo-Ag Teacher Injured In Crash

A 46-year-old Greenfield man was seriously injured Friday afternoon, September 4, 2009 in a one-vehicle crash two miles north of Greenfield on Hwy 39.|

Todd Mason was northbound in a 2000 Dodge about 4:10 p.m. when he left the roadway to the right, hit a ditch and overturned, the Missouri State Highwy Patrol said.

Mason was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment.

He was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.

Also responding to the scene were Dade County deputies, Ray Getman and Rick Griggs and Browns Wrecker Service, Greenfield. The vehicle was totaled.
