No Serious Injuries Reported In Two-Vehicle Crash

Two Dade County residents and passengers escaped serious injury Saturday at 6 p.m. in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Hwy 160 and Schaffer Street in Greenfield.

Darrel Mayfield of Greenfield was west bound on Schaffer Street in a ‘87 Toyota pickup  when he attempted to enter Hwy 160, pulling into the path of southbound ‘97 Pontiac Grand Am, driven by Ryan McGeehee, also of Greenfield.

Passengers names were not available.

Investigating the accident was Greenfield Policeman, Chris Shrum. Assisting were Dade County Deputies, LaParra and White.

Responding to the scene were Cox Ambulance personnel.
