On 9/28/09, members of the Dade County Sheriff’s Office and the Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force executed a warrant at 1302 E US Hwy 160 near Everton. As a result of the search warrant, several computers containing images of child pornography were located and seized. Robert Hoffman, 65, of Everton, was arrested for an outstanding Prince County, Virginia warrant for 25 counts distribution of child pornography. The search warrant concluded a lengthy investigation involving the Dade County Sheriff’s Office, The Southwest Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force and the Prince William County Police Department in Virginia.
