Steven R. Argo, 47, of Dadeville, was taken into custody and booked in the Dade County Jail on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance (Class B Felony) on Wednesday, August 12.
A $50,000 cash or surety bond was set, later being reduced to $2500.
At the pre-trial conference Attorney Donald Cooley appeared for Mr. Argo with pre-trail conference being reset for September 22 at 9 a.m.
