Its time once again for the annual Lockwood Merchants Holiday Sale, sponsored by the Lockwood Chamber of Commerce. Participating businesses will be keeping their doors open late for holiday shoppers on Saturday, November 21st from 5-9:00 pm. Be sure to visit each business for special discounts and drawings and register to win a Chamber gift certificate, $550 will be given away. This unofficial kick-off to the holiday season is always an evening of fun and fellowship for the entire community, and this year is particularly special as we dedicate the new Christmas Tree Park on Main Street.
The Dedication and Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held at 8:00 pm during the Holiday Sale. Grab a warm drink and join fellow shoppers as the new permanent Christmas tree is lit for the very first time. Musical entertainment will be provided throughout the evening. Performers include the Lockwood School Choirs, American Kids, and Big Jordy's Polka Band.
