On Wednesday, July 28, 2010, members of the Dade County Sheriff’s Office, the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) Drug Task Force and the Greenfield City Police Department arrested two Greenfield residents for distribution of a controlled substance.
The arrests were the results of a lengthy investigation initiated by Greenfield Police Chief, Tim Larkin and Dade County Sheriff’s Office, Chief Deputy, Ray Getman.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals were arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, Daniel Thiem, 33 and Stephanie Antunez, 27. Thiem also faces charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and failing to register as a sex offender. On 7/29/10, Judge David Munton issued warrants for the two subjects. Bonds were set at $250,000 for Thiem and $150,000 for Antunez.
The charges for which the above persons were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence.
Photo of Antunez is unavailable.
