Keren Palmer Hunter Miller Herritt, age 95 years, a resident of Texas Mt., St. George, WV, departed this life Wednesday morning, August 11, 2010 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law. Graveside services were held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in the Lockwood Cemetery. Services were under the care of the Lockwood Funeral Chapel.

Douglas D. Seneker, age 75, Mt. Vernon, passed away Tuesday morning, August 10, 2010, at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, Mo. after suffering a heart attack. Services were held on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at First Presbyterian Church, Mt. Vernon, with burial following at Ozark Prairie Cemetery, northeast of Mt. Vernon, under the care of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home.

Betty Swadley, age 84, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, formerly of Miller, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2010 in Mt. Vernon Place Care Center. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home with burial at the Round Grove Cemetery.
