Apolinar “Joe” Garza, age 64, of Lowell, Arkansas, passed away at 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born on January 25, 1946, in McAllen, Texas, the son of Manuel and Isabel (Sauceda) Garza. A graveside service was held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 30, 2010, at Union Cemetery at Stotts City, Missouri, under the direction of Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, Mt. Vernon, Missouri.
