Announcement: LawCo Historical Society to host Night at the Museum June 14

The Lawrence County Historical Society is inviting the public to a “Night at the Museum” from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 14, in celebration of the LCHS Museum’s 25th birthday as well as Flag Day. Admission is free to this family-friendly event.

Children of all ages will be able to take part in a scavenger hunt of museum artifacts. Camera are encouraged, and visitors will each get a free flag pin (while supplies last).

The museum is located at 11110 Lawrence 1137, just off State Highway 174, in Mt. Vernon, adjacent to the west side of the Mt. Vernon Golf Course.
