A funeral service under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, was held Friday, December 28, 2018, at the St. Susanne Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon.

A celebration of Joel’s life was held Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Missouri. Interment was Thursday, December 27, 2018, in the Ridgely Cemetery, Edgerton, Missouri.
