Norma Jean Shearer, of Joplin, Missouri, died Sunday, January 6, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 94.

David Abraham Stephens, 63, Aurora, Missouri, died Thursday, January 3, 2019, of a massive of cerebral hemorrhage.

A celebration of David’s life under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora was held Friday, January 11, 2019, at the Aurora High School.

Mary Alicia Chapin

Mary Alicia (Brown) Chapin, 94, Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died December 22, 2018, in the company of two of her children.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon on a date to be determined. Alicia will be interred at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri.
