Harold Lee Umberger, 82, died Sunday, May 12, 2019, at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

A funeral service was held Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Burial followed at the Mt. Vernon City Cemetery.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Fair Haven Children’s Home in Strafford, Missouri in memory of Harold in care of the funeral home.

Billy James Schmidt, age 94, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Sunday, May 12, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, was held Friday, May 17, 2019, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri.

Memorial donations may be made payable to the Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon, in care of the funeral home.
