FEMA Shelter Dedication at Miller High School

The FEMA-certified storm shelter at the Miller High School campus was dedicated on Dec. 16. The board of education and a number of local dignitaries were present, as was the family of Margaret Buus, a leading supporter, who were presented with a plaque in her honor. (Photos by James McNary)
