Portia Thiesfeld

Portia Thiesfeld, age 80, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 2:09 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at her home. She was born April 24, 1942, in Springfield, Colorado, the daughter of Edward Delmar and Iva (Beeler) Gordon.

Portia was preceded in death by her parents, Edward, and Iva; two sisters, Ola Mae Johnson and Myrna Rae Caddick and three brothers, Dwane, Jack and Dolan Gordon.

A visitation was held on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. A funeral service followed on Friday, January 27, 2023, in the funeral home chapel. Burial followed at the Mt. Vernon IOOF Cemetery.
