Gerald K. Goodman

Gerald K. Goodman, age 88, of Dadeville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in his home. He was born in Mesa, Arizona, to William Eugene and Julia M. (Daley) Goodman.
He was united in marriage October 15, 1949, and to this union four children were born. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Stockton Ward. He served as a Bishop, Stake President, and Stake Patriarch.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 56 years, Shirley Marie; and four brothers: Bill, Rex, Dale, and JD Goodman.

He is survived by four children: Julia Bateman and husband, Calvin, of Springfield, Missouri; Tim Goodman and wife, Debbie, of Everton, Missouri; Kathleen Bliss and husband, Kirt; and Forrest Goodman and wife, Stephanie, all of Dadeville, Missouri; 27 grandchildren, and 76 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services was held Saturday, March 25, 2017, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Stockton Ward. Burial followed at the Dadeville Masonic Cemetery, Dadeville, Missouri.
