Graveside services were held at Monday, April 17, 2017, in Eudora Cemetery.

Joyce Fern (Bumgarner) Phillips, age 84, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with services following at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2017. She will be laid to rest at a private service at the Greenlawn North Cemetery in Springfield.
