A visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, August 31, 2019, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with a memorial service to follow at 12 p.m. Burial will be held at a later date at the Moore Cemetery, Stotts City, Missouri
