Karen Kay King

Karen Kay King, 67, of Dadeville, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, September 30, 2019.

She was born on April 27, 1952 in Lockwood, Missouri, to Eldon and Elsie Joan (Davis) Wymore. Karen graduated from Dadeville High School in 1970, and also from Cosmetology School.
She was united in marriage to Robert Max King on June 1, 1974 in Bona, Missouri. Karen was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She loved to cook and do crafts. Karen especially loved her grandkids, and attending their sporting events and school activities.

Survivors include her husband, Max King of the home; her son, Jason King and his wife, Julie, of Dadeville, Missouri; her daughter, Jodie Sappington and her husband, David, of Dadeville, Missour; her parents, Eldon and Joan Wymore of Dadeville, Missouri; her brother-in-law, J.B. King and his wife, Jackie, of Dadeville, Missouri; five grandchildren, Kaylie Sappington, Abby Sappington, Gracie Sappington, Jacob King, and Josh King; one nephew, Tyler King; two nieces, Kimberly King and Kenzie King; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 4, 2019, at the Dadeville Baptist Church. Burial followed in the Dadeville Masonic Cemetery. The family received friends on Thursday evening at the Dadeville Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dadeville Masonic Cemetery.
