State of Missouri Endangered Person Advisory

The Barton County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 701 A Street in Golden City, Mo., at 11:01 am on June 19, 2020.

Missing Is:

Dewey Milo Foster, Jr a white male, age 10

Vehicle Information:

Yellow with black bumpers unknown year Chevrolet Impala bearing unknown license that was last seen at 701 A Street in Golden City. The vehicle is an old "taxi" vehicle and has butterfly seat covers.

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:

Dewey Milo Foster, a white male, age 35. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and has a medium complexion. It is unknown what he is wearing. He has multiple tattoos.

Melissa Lee Kleine, a white female, age 21. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 127 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. It is unknown what she may be wearing.

The endangered missing person:

Dewey Milo Foster, Jr, is a white male, age 10, is 4 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he may be wearing.

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Missing Person incident:

Foster - the child’s biological father - left with his girlfriend, Kleine, and his son from the address in Golden City in the morning hours of June 19, 2020. At approximately 10:12 a.m. he sent a text message stating he had taken his son to McDonald’s and to get a haircut, but it is unknown what town they were in when this message was sent.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Barton County Sheriff's Office at 417-682-5515.
