The Immanuel Lutheran Church of Lockwood, Missouri, held their annual community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 26, beginning at 10 a.m.
Many children and their parents arrived early for this once-a-year event.
Hundreds of eggs were scattered on the playground and grassy areas north of the Church with children being divided up into different age groups for the hunt.
At 10 a.m., the signal was given and the mad rush was on. In less than 10 minutes, every child had a basket full of eggs.
Children were laughing and then they began to open the eggs for the prizes inside.
A big thank you goes to all involved for their efforts in making this the best Easter Egg Hunt ever!
A healthy Dade County requires great community news.
