Melba May Carrington, age 93, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

A graveside service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, was held Monday, April 18, 2022, at the Sycamore Cemetery, northeast of Miller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Vernon, in care of the funeral home.
