- Nancy Myrl York, of Rogersville, Missouri, died Wednesday, July 13, 2022, in the Copper Rock Healthcare Facility at the age of 98.

The family received friends Thursday, July 21, 2022, in Greenfield Funeral Chapel. Inurnment was in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Michael Lewis Miller

- Michael Lewis Miller, age 64, of Aurora, Missouri, died Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Aurora.

A visitation will be held from 1:30-2 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora, with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be held at a later date at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora.

Carol Jean Weise

- Carol Jean Weise, age 75, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died Monday, July 18, 2022, at the Aurora Nursing Center, in Aurora, Missouri.

A graveside service under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, was held Friday, July 22, 2022, at the Summit Cemetery, northeast of Mt. Vernon.

Gwyndolyn ‘Gwyn’ Dake

- On June 28, 2022, Gwyndolyn “Gwyn” Ruth (nee Russell) Dake of Miller, Missouri, died at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 81.

A private service will be held on July 30, 2022, at the Sycamore Cemetery. A celebration of life at the Miller First Baptist Church will be held the same day from 1-5 p.m. for anyone who wishes to attend. Arrangements are under the direction of the Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home in Miller, Missouri.

Gwyn’s old saying was: “If you cannot give me flowers while I’m alive, don’t give them to me when I pass.” In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the St. Susanne Catholic Food Pantry, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, in care of the funeral home, P. O. Box 108, Miller, Missouri 65707
