Timmie David Holmes

Timmie David Holmes, age 74, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 7:48 p.m. on Sunday, December 25, 2022, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. He was born November 17, 1948, in Springfield, the son of Lynville and Dorothy (Friar) Holmes.

Timmie was preceded in death by his parents, Lynville and Dorothy and two brothers, Bobbie, and Ronnie Holmes.

A visitation was held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt, Vernon, with a funeral service that followed in the funeral home chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Shiloh Cemetery.

Memorial donations in memory of Timmie, can be made payable to the Children’s Miracle Network or the Shiloh Cemetery, in care of the funeral home.
