Peggy Lavina Blevins

Peggy Lavina Blevins, age 89, of Miller, Missouri, passed away at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center. She was born January 19, 1933, in Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of John and Grace (Hoskinson) Reser.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, John, and Grace; her husbands, Wendell McShane, and Lewis Blevins; two grandsons, Jeff Sprowls and Brian Eppenger; one granddaughter, Leah Blevins; stepdaughter, Pam Blevins; sister, Ima Degerenreed and two brothers, Wayne, and Jimmy Reser.

A funeral service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri, was held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at the Humansville Methodist Church, in Humansville, Missouri. Burial followed at the Humansville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the American Diabetes Association, in care of the funeral home.
