Earl Wayne Obermann

Earl Wayne Obermann, age 68, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
A funeral service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Freistatt. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery, southwest of Mt. Vernon. A visitation was held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, in the funeral home chapel.

Bert Hadley Owens

Bert Hadley Owens, age 79, went to be with his Lord after a long struggle with cancer. He passed away at his home in Mt. Vernon on Thursday, July 28, 2016.

A graveside service under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon was held on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at the Union Cemetery in Stotts City, Missouri.
