Gunnar Manfred Berg, 83, Mt. Vernon, Missouri, died in peace at his home surrounded by family on Wednesday, September 7, 2016.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, Mt. Vernon. Funeral service was held on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Mt. Vernon. Burial was at Ozark Prairie Cemetery, north of Mt. Vernon, immediately following the service.

Leroy Monty Spellman, age 98, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at his home.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with burial to follow at the Mt. Vernon IOOF Cemetery.

Carrie Sue Anderson

Carrie Sue Anderson, 55, of Ash Grove, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 10th at Little Cedar Lutheran Church, Adams, Minnesota with the Reverend Jeremy Johnson officiating. Interment was at Little Cedar Cemetery. Services were under the care and direction of Adams Funeral Home, Adams, Minnesota.

Vicky Lynn Harrison

Vicky Lynn Harrison, of Greenfield, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, in the Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar, Missouri, at the age of 67 years.

Morris Heylene Pennington, age 96, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Burial, with full military honors, followed at the Ozark Prairie Cemetery, northeast of Mt. Vernon.

Howard Gene Spain

Howard Gene Spain, of South Greenfield, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday, September 10, 2016, in the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility in Lockwood, Missouri, at the age of 88 years.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, in Kings Point Baptist Church. Burial followed in Kings Point Cemetery.
