James Maxwell Berry

James Maxwell Berry of Emory, Texas, passed away on September 11, 2016, of heart failure at the age of 71.

He is survived by two sisters, Lynn and Donna; his brother, Michael; three daughters: Elizabeth, Janet and Seneca.

Jim was a lifelong civil engineer who loved to farm on the side.

It was his fondest wish to have his remains buried next to his younger brother, Tommy Lee, in the family plot at Dadeville Masonic Cemetery in Missouri.

There will be a family graveside service.
