Nancy Jones

Nancy Lou Jones, of Ash Grove, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the age of 83.

She was born on May 10, 1941 in Oklahoma to John and Blanche Hutson.  Nancy graduated from Watts High School in Watts, Oklahoma.  

She was united in marriage to William Keith Jones on January 10, 1964 in Greenfield, Missouri.  Nancy had worked as cook for the Everton School, Greenfield School, the Dade County Senior Center, and the Sunshine Senior Center.  She had also worked at Dunbrooke Sportswear and Dollar General.  Nancy was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Blanche Hutson; her husband, Keith Jones; and her brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one daughter, Valleri Jean Miller and husband, Hal; three sons, Melvin Dean Jones, Delbert Russell Jones, and Glenn Allen Jones and wife, Kim; eight grandchildren: Bradley Jones, Amanda Jones, Shawn Jones, Morgan Jones, William Jones, Tristan Jones and wife Nichelle, Phillip Jones, and Jordan Jones; one step-grandchild, Nicole Wells; four great-grandchildren: Ariella Jones, Theodore Jones, Daniel Garvin and Hailey Garvin; three step-great-grandchildren: Madyson Wells, Mykenzee Wells, and A.J. Wells; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Greenfield Funeral Chapel.  

The family will receive friends on Saturday at 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral chapel.  Inurnment will be at Antioch Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
