Frederick Sattler

July 09, 2025

Frederick Michael Sattler, age 31, of Republic, Missouri, passed away at 5:57 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, at his parent’s home in Miller, Missouri. He was born April 6, 1994, in Springfield, Missouri, the son of Michael and Becky (LaSalle) Sattler.
Fred was a 2012 high school graduate of Miller High School, in Miller, Missouri. He worked at Amazon as a transportation associate.
Fred is known for being a wonderful husband, brother, uncle, and son. He spends a lot of his free time with his nieces and nephews, and his fur babies, Boomer, Peanut, Sansa, and Nimbus. Fred accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior around 10 and then was baptized at Miller First Baptist Church.
Fred wasn’t just a big guy, but his heart was big, he was one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet and would stop to help anybody at any time. He has a fierce love of Ohio State Buckeyes football and the Chiefs, and you could often catch him outdoors, playing golf, or sitting on the porch with his wife.
On May 13, 2023, he married Kylie Schroeder, in Springfield, Missouri.
Fred is survived by his wife, Kylie; his parents, Mike and Becky Sattler of Miller, Missouri; one sister, Celia Huff and her husband, Chris, of Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Isaac Hulbert and his wife, Julie, of Miller, Missouri; eight nieces and nephews: Sydnee Adams, Emma and Weh Hulbert, Finn Huff, Sophia and Sammi Lammert, and Remedy and Theoden Schroeder; mother-in-law, Vicki Schroeder and Kevin Smith, of Springfield, Missouri; brother-in-law, Kayne Schroeder and his wife, Christy, of Republic, Missouri and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Fred was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Dan Schroeder, and his grandparents.
A visitation under the direction of Morris-Leiman-Mosher Funeral Home, in Miller, Missouri, was held from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at the Round Grove Baptist Church with a memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to the Fred Sattler Memorial Scholarship at Miller High School which will go to a graduating senior in 2026. Please bring your donations to the service or directly to the funeral home for that.
