Penny Lyn Graf, of Willard, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, November 14, 2016, in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of 58 years.

Funeral services were held on Friday, November 18, 2016, in Greenfield Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Shiloh Cemetery. The family received friends on Thursday evening in the funeral chapel.
