Caroline Puckett

Caroline Jean Moyers Puckett was born August 3, 1943, in Leadington, Missouri. She went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in her home, with her family.
She is preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of over 50 years, Joe Edward Puckett; son, Joe Edward Puckett, Jr.; her parents, Charles and Ruby Moyers; one sister, Linda Hibbitts; two brothers, Charles Junior Moyers and Alton “Shorty” Moyers.
She is survived by one son, Russell “Rusty” and Trudy Puckett; one daughter, Nicole “Nikki” and Isaac Boyd; four grandsons: Harrison and Sretty Puckett, Quinton Puckett, Joshua Puckett, and Jeremiah Puckett; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was the daughter of a traveling minister. Throughout that ministry she used her beautiful singing talent and played the accordion in their family band. 
She continued to use those talents throughout the years as well as playing the organ and piano at Rose Hill Baptist Church and many other places throughout the years. 
She had a love and passion for children and education. She received a teaching degree in mathematics from North Eastern Oklahoma. She served 21 years on the Willard Public Schools school board. She also reffed High School volleyball games.
She had such a sweet spirit that touched so many lives, and her life and testimony is such a beautiful story. But what she would want you to know is that she would like to see you in Heaven.
The family hosted a visitation at 10 a.m. until service time, Monday, December 22, 2025, at Rose Hill Baptist Church, Willard. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., at the church.
