David Decker, 70, Wheeler, Texas, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Isom and Charlia Decker, seven brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home and a sister, Ruth Taylor of Utah.
