Thomas Dunham

Thomas Allen Dunham, Sr., of Lockwood, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Medicalodges in Nevada, Missouri, at the age of 83.
Tom was born in Long Beach, California, on July 12, 1942 to George and Mabel Dunham.  He married Susan Lorene Moss and they shared five children. 
After the marriage dissolved, Tom lived in Kansas City for several years and worked at Interstate Oil Company before moving to Lockwood, Missouri.
He later married Rosemary Weber in 1984 and adopted her son, Thomas.  She also had a daughter that Tom helped raise, Charity Weber/Abts.  
Tom worked for O’Sullivan Industries in Lamar until he retired in 1999.  He enjoyed caving, helping map caves, making jewelry, drawing, wood carving, working on older vehicles, planting flowers, and working in his yard.  Tom also enjoyed collecting Indian artifacts, coins, marbles, and interesting rocks. 
Survivors include his brother, Jim Dunham of St. Cloud, Florida; four daughters: Karen Denise Dunham of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Tina Louise Rease and husband, Kevin of Lockwood, Missouri; Bridget Renee Prather and husband, Jay, of Tuttle, Oklahoma; and Gloria Jean “Jeannie” Harbin and husband, Mark, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri; one son, Thomas “Tommy” Dunham and wife, Diane of South Greenfield, Missouri; his adopted son, Thomas Dunham and wife, Leah, of Black Jack, Missouri; Charity Webber/Abts of Lamar, Missouri; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great, great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents, George and Mabel Dunham; one brother, George “Junior” Dunham; two sisters, Marion Waldo and Marilyn Odell; and two great-grandsons, Caleb Wells and Jackson Wells;
 Tom will be missed by all of his family and friends.
The family will conduct a memorial graveside service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Collins Cemetery.
