Lawsuit Filed Against City of Everton and Ex Mayor

A lawsuit was filed on July 1, 2026,  against the City of Everton, Missouri, and now ex-Mayor Vicky Cole in the U.S. Western District Court for the Western District of Missouri. The suit was filed by Springfield Attorney Kristi Fulnecky of Fulnecky Law LLC on behalf of plaintiffs Robert D'Amato and Lucia D'Amato. The nature of the suit is listed as Civil Rights.
